The Role

Join us at the LucaNet Bucharest Tech Hub, a pivotal element in transforming our Corporate Performance Management software into a leading cloud-native SaaS platform. Since our inception in 2023, we've been at the forefront of harmonising efforts between our German and Romanian teams to drive our award-winning software into the future.

As an Automation Quality Assurance Engineer, you're not just ensuring the quality of our software; you're a critical player in an agile team. By participating in refinement and planning meetings, you will have a direct impact on the direction of our project development, identifying automation opportunities from the ground up.

Your Contributions

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, prioritising automation to enhance software quality and efficiency.
Work alongside developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to embed quality assurance throughout the development lifecycle.
Utilise your expertise in JavaScript or TypeScript libraries to create robust testing frameworks, ensuring the reliability of backend services and user interfaces.
Take part in API and E2E testing, maintaining and improving existing tests, and addressing failures to enhance product quality.

What We're Looking For

A solid background in contributing to test automation frameworks, using JavaScript or TypeScript is essential. Proficiency in both languages is highly regarded.
Experience in software engineering, particularly in building and maintaining test automation frameworks using JavaScript or TypeScript.
Proficiency in API and UI testing, with a strong understanding of testing frameworks and assertion libraries to validate software quality comprehensively.
Exceptional ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, in English.
